St Andrews is a BER (Building the Educational Revolution) project, funded through Catholic Education by the Federal Government’s economic stimulus package. As with other such projects its design and documentation were fast-tracked to meet funding deadlines.

The building will feature thick rammed earth walls with a steel framed roof and verandahs, in keeping with the design theme of the existing primary school buildings.
