The site of the old Kewdale Tavern has been transformed since the completion of this large 2-storey building of 6,200m² space. The predominant office use is complimented by a café, and a lunch-bar. Well located on Kewdale Road on a significant corner site, the building is designed to maximise passive climate control, which together with high performance glass and high technology air-conditioning systems, will minimise the buildings energy consumption.
The contemporary design of the building is intended to help upgrade the urban environment of the surrounding industrial area, providing high standard offices and supporting retail.
