This whole building fitout (2300m² on two floors) was constructed within a new building designed and constructed specifically for the Department. In-ceiling services had been installed by the landlord for an “Integrated Tier 1” fit out.
Our scope comprised design of the main fitout works, workstations, loose furniture, storage solutions and sundry office equipment, their documentation and then procurement.
