A combined retail and office development which maximises the development potential of the site and commercial exposure to Manning Road.
The design concept incorporates a solid base design to maximise display space within the ground floor retail component, a visually lighter first floor with panoramic windows for views and light to the offices and a curved roof reflecting Como’s riverfront connections and which provides large overhangs for shade and shelter.
