Old meets new in this successful revitalisation of the original riverside brewery building shrouded by controversy over the previous two decades. The Swan Brewery Co. Ltd, through its parent company Lion Nathan Australia, jumped at the chance to return to where it all began, albeit with only 1,050 sqm of floor space. The brief called for diversity - an interior that encompassed bar, cafe', restaurant dining, alfresco and private function spaces whilst providing its clientele with a glimpse into the history of the Swan Brewery Company.
