This whole building fitout (2,300m² on two floors) was constructed within a new building designed and constructed specifically for the Department. In-ceiling services had been installed by the landlord for an “Integrated Tier 1” fit-out.

Our scope comprised design of the main fitout works, workstations, loose furniture, storage solutions and sundry office equipment, their documentation and procurement.
