The Craftsman Bar + Brasserie is a stylish and contemporary tavern located in the entertainment precinct of Carousel Shopping Centre. This venue was a result of the redevelopment of the old Foundry Tavern which had been serving local patrons and businesses since 1999. The client required a city style bar and restaurant, inviting to families as well as a younger, sophisticated demographic.

The Craftsman is a chic tavern featuring bespoke LED lighting and ceiling design, as well as quality finishes and modern decor throughout.
