The tenant for this project is a national distributor and processor of hot and cold formed steel products.

The brief for the Perth Distribution Centre, located in Abernethy Road, Hazelmere, called for a 10,000m² warehouse facility (under a truss height of 9 meters) and some 500m² of ancillary office space over two levels.

The tenants required the office to be expressive of their products, and the result is a highly articulated composition of structural of steel and glass.
