This project is one of a series in WA developed by the Australian Leisure & Hospitality Group as part of their strategic initiative to combine the re-development of existing licensed hotel and/or entertainment venues with associated new, large, retail liquor outlets, other examples being the Hyde Park Hotel & the Bull Creek Tavern.

The hotel redevelopment involved renovating the locally listed pseudo, art-deco facades and transforming the interior into a high quality tavern and function facility.

The Dan Murphy’s liquor store incorporates an ever-evolving corporate kit-of-parts. The scale of this liquor supermarket is something new to WA’s South West.
