This project consisted of the construction of a new purpose made facility for the St John Ambulance and the total refurbishment of their existing facility. The total project value being approx $15 million. The new facility included a basement carpark and 3 storey office complex which also accommodated their 24 hour operations and control room.
The existing buildings were extensively refurbished to accommodate training facilities, additional offices and staff facilities.
