Qubis is a mixed-use development located on the periphery of the Northbridge Entertainment precinct. It consists of 42 high-standard residential apartments over four levels with three commercial tenancies, addressing Newcastle Street, and 42 car bays.

The facade of the building has been articulated utilising a variety of masonry finishes, with the resulting textures and colours indicative of a form which provides a positive mixed-use addition to the precinct.
